last girl i know was caught in dec 2018. valid work permit. the whole KTV kena raid over 30 girls arrested. cos providing sex service

lots more are arrested when without valid permit/ tourist pass

work permit was for performing artiste.

so effectively sex work is criminalised ma. unless u work in the licensed brothel. which there are not a lot and there are a lot more ktvs, MP, etc.

Sorry, being mean. I know what you’re trying to say. Just that legally speaking, it really is not against the law.

But their arrests and deportations are for violations of their passes, not for providing sexual services per se.

Legal? Quite simple... as long as govt can receive as a form of tax can le...

just like singapore pools, casino. legalised gambling..

so just make it that you need to pay your GST, and add-on.....

but oh well....

Ah, so what you want is for them to decriminalise your preferred mode of paid sexual exchange haha.

Nothing wrong with wanting that, but I find it hard to argue that the government isn’t doing the right thing, even in comparison with supposedly more progressive countries.

If not licensed brothels, where should they draw the line?
