It should return to normal after you release. It is a normal reaction for the penis to be swollen when given HJ, BBBJ or FJ so you should not be too worried.... just make sure you release your army.

Not unusual..... I had my first erection only after 21.
I had a medical condition where the foreskin cannot be pulled back and it was only after going for circumcision that it can have erection.

Are you referring to swollen foreskin or does it affect your whole dick from tip to toe?

A swollen foreskin looks like this :



If only the foreskin is affected antiseptic cream will usually clear things up. If things don't improve within 48 hours you should see a doctor.

If you are prone to foreskin infections circumcision would be a good option as it removes the root cause of the problem.
