Ok, with regards to your question on Rinah and Zarina. This my humble analysis :

Rinah´s boobs are 38 and they are perfectly shaped because I think they are artificially enhanced, but in terms of shape they are perfect. Zarina´s boobs are probably at least 42 DD. They are huge, like Dolly Parton´s boobs .
