I would take his opinions with a grain of salt. Dude expects unrestricted travel to resume first with “safe” countries lol. That means Singapore should’ve eradicated the virus and nightlife wouldn’t be an issue. Plus, if you read further down he even adds this...

Niteclubs and pub, to be honest i don't see a difference when i saw hawker center so jam packed.

Their logical on types of business to delay is twisted without common sense.

It makes sense actually, at the beginning... Now it's either they're biding their time for the TT token to take off before doing the rest of the reopening or they don't even plan to reopen. If it's the latter then screw the token honestly, not even gonna bother if they don't.

What i mean was, phase 2 all business allowed even for pubs But follow the crowd control Numbers.

But phase 2 disallow pub to open, of course their revenue will run dry.
