the point is simple, Sinkies do not need a visa (regardless of what form, work or whatever) to enter Wetnam due to our Asean pact so why the need to ask for it since it is not even required in the first place??? so to borrow your own words "so dun assume"

Yup very big in north wet nam..most parts of note 7 made there and when note7 blew up 30% workers no job...
