Yes, S Box has two KTV rooms. Weekdays, there's no need to book the rooms and is usually available. Fridays & Saturdays, usually full but it's first come first served basis. They don't entertain phone booking.

If really having a very important party/gathering, best is to come one day earlier and reserve the room through the waitress.
