Never "kenna anything " is a little simplistic. The huge amount of money she probably paid upfront paying off agents and getting that half year work visa will put her in deep deep debt if she is sent home immediately.

Any idea on what the range usually is for them? I'm guessing it's at least 5 figures?

Around RMB50000 apparently. As long as they work hard and get a decent number of clients they’ll break even in a month (also have to factor in average daily rental of $150 and living expenses).

Depends on how close you are to her. It’s at this point that you’ll see some regulars upping the ante. Just be aware that her apartment is now compromised and her time is now limited so if you want to impress you’d want to do something special like book a swanky hotel room or take her shopping for souvenirs.
