'All the way from and to' gives one the impression you're talking about some highly exciting activities spanning a broad spectrum of interests, maybe from catching a late night romcom on Netflix to trekking in Tanzania, but what you come up with is from texting to going on dates?

Do better than that. There is a world of difference between the two. One provides a lot of information, and plants ideas in the recipient, like in Inception. The other is just so ... meh.
