If your condom was used properly and did not fail, you are 100% protected from HIV infection.

Protected sex means its protected, ok?

Condom failure does not only mean breakage visible to human eyes.
Material failure can be pore formation within the polymer structure ..viral particles are very small less than 1 microns. A perfectly fine looking condom may have pores in them... due to improper usage or QC lapse
