First of all i would like to make my point clear that i dun frequent geyland or any FR at all. But recently, i have been facing the problem that either i cannot get a erection or i cant substain one .

Bro, the doctor check already and said all ok. Only ask me not to smoke too much...so that why i also dunno what to do. Cse i am sure i am not impotent cse at time, i do and manage to have a erection but very soon it die off. Well, i think mainly due to the stress or like the doc said, I smoke too much. But the stress and smoking are mainly due to my work. The more stressful i am the more i will smoke...sigh...really have to cut it down. Gonna miss the day when i could come three four times in a day...

hey , my problem is solve , i went to see a doc , he recommended Viargra , belive i t can do wonders man - no side effect works well
around 16 1 pill.try a few times when u have sex then let it slowly die off ( without the pill )

Also eat Vitamin E ( chose the most powerfull 1 ) , also go to guardian farmcy ask for medience or vitamins for men health , there are a few which is helpful..take for a few months .U will see the result

Dun go geylang for a while , but u can try mastrubaTE urself

Also excercises more ,it will improve ur conditions , swimming , jog, gym

And when u have sex , relax ur mind .tel urself u want to have sex badly.


Try to smoke less if u can loh..stress for HC ctr relax loh .

Stess definitely is killing.

So, relax yourself, have more sleep, have more exercise.

You must think of enjoying it. The more worried you are, the worse it becomes.

If you do not have the urge, just don't do it.

Sometimes, watching xxx movies, those Japanese ones, also helps.
