Maths calculation related to hdb matters!!!
My house was bought at 236,900 more than ten years ago, may 2015 evaluation is around 750,000, owner is me and my bro, we intend to sell soon due to shortage of kids room due to my bro wife is pregnant.
So he pay his cpf for 137k, 30k interest, me is 27k 10k interest, cash i pay till now is 58k, still owe 53k, To my concern, if I sell this house now Nd I pay all the outstanding balance, what is my percentage? And is it add in the interest?

I think you need to look back when you apply for flat last time,what is the percentage of the ownership you agree.

Sell the flat, selling price will top up both of you cpf first. The rest will be profit. The profit will be divided based on the agreed percentage. Time to hire lawyer liao. Money is the cause of everything.

still need to MINUS the so call CPF interest of the amount you take out from CPF you can log in to HDB website to check the incurred interest |

Bro, there is 2 ways you can share your HDB flat with..
Either Joint tenancy or tenancy in common. Tenancy in common means half half, and tenancy in common depends on the percentage share that you have when you sign the contract with HDB. The rest you will have to hire a lawyer and settle it in court liao. |

Quick questions. What is the breakdown of monthly downpayment? (Brother cash brother CPF TS cash TS CPF) What is the breakdown of initial downpayment? (Brother cash brother CPF TS cash TS CPF) These should be enough to determine the share. I am assuming joint tenancy. Also, I thought HDB does not have tenants-in-common? Can someone enlighten? |

You may wish to pay off the resale levy too.
That's about $40,000-60,000 if u intend to buy a new flat. Otherwise don't pay it. |
