I pay 139k, plus cpf interest is 149k.

If its joint tenants, all by right should b entitled 2 t house.
Bt All 4 of you can agree that the share is based on contribution. provided you all can agree. So that means yr parents no share cos no contribution

Then he is ar 137k

141k vs 137

0.507 vs 0.493 percent

If plus cpf interest will be 151k vs 167k

Me 0.475 percent and he is 0.525

Either 0.475 or 0.507

I go hdb alr, they said the cheque will be issue to four names, how u all count is need to go ask lawyer, if fight is ar 10-20 k lawyer fees, I went lawyer too and paid 360 an hour.
