Having tried more or less 10 girls since they started, i will say it depends on each girl. On average i would say the pix resemble about 80% of the actual persons. The typical difference is skin complexion, it’s not as smooth as the pic which definitely has been touched up by the girls themselves.

Just some notes of my sessions at Vpremium. All the girls are good, never disappointed and you have more chemistry with some than others.

It's not fake fake. It's the girls themselves but they alter them slightly so that ppl can't search image on Google and identify them.
