IMHO higher points n power maybe allows u to get contact or shared contents easier. For contact wise if u r not a contact collector, do FR or share some contents or contributions. I believe others will share u the contacts or contents.

Anw I believe that guy who zap u should be having 26 power as I rmb zapping is half of ur power as u mention u were zap by 13. Power wise is every yr +1 power n every 3000 pts also +1? Correct me if I m wrong seniors!!
