Maybe it's very difficult since their case is not that serious enough as compared to others like break hand break leg. Does it mean that if both couples are employed, no one will donate to them?

But unfortunately, there is several of others who misuse crowdfunding. Really won't know whether this thread is a scam or not. It looks very convincing but you will never know......
