The next few weeks.... Things goes on as per normal... She will still text me whilevmy reply to her was alwaysvl short....

It was a wed late afternoon... I was in a midest of a meeting when i received a text from her...

Hazel: I think i am unwell...
Me: What happened..
Hazel: Have nt been well since i came back from lunch...
Me: Gosh...
Hazel: No worries i will c a doc later. ..
Me: I will sent u to the doc and send u hm....
Hazel: No la.. it will be too mafen for u. ..
Me: It is ok... I an going off anyway..

Soon i end the meeting and poceeed to pick her up from work....

I then placed my hands on her forehead and it is hot...

Steadily i drive her to the clinic to her nearby place...

Soon we reached the clinic and she lied her head on my shoulder... I feel uneasy but did nt reject her since she is unwell...

The doc attended to her and she was having a high fever and flu... 2 days Mc was given and i send her hm after i tabao her dinner...

Me: Remember to eat the porridge before u take yr med
Hazel: Can u pei me for a while?..
Me: Huh.. nt very conv ba..
Hazel: It is ok.. my dad is in hospital ... I am all alone at hm..
Me: But...
Hazel: Anyway i trust u...
Me: Ok then..

She then ursher me into her living room...
Me: Now u have to eat something le
Hazel: But i really have no appetite. .. well unless u feed me..
Me: Ok then but u must take yr med after i feed u..
Hazel: Deal.

I then feed her slowly.... And she looked at me in a curious manner..

Me: Did i have a smudge on my face?..
Hazel: Nope.. may i ask u something?..
Me: Ask then..
Hazel: Do u dote on yr cousin in the sane way too?
Me: Yup at times...
She closed her eyes for a moment...
Me: What r u thinking of?
Hazel: It is my secret... Dun tell u...

Yvonne dislike med again and i will always coax her with sweets after her med... My thoughts drifted further till Hazel broke the truce....

Hazel: He just have a heart bypass... He was a heavy smoker...

She then closed her eyes as i tuck her in with her blanket...

Moments passed and i decided to move on to the tiolet to pee
As i make a move... I feel her hands holding to my wrist...

Hazel: Pls dun leave me..
Me: No worries i wun go.. sleep ba....
Hazel: This is the second time that u have took care of
me while i am sick..
Me: I nodded my head in agreement...
Hazel: Am i very mafen?
Me: Nope... U r nt.. just close yr eyes and rest ba...


Slowly she closed her eyes and was soon fast asleep.....

As it was getting late... I decided to get mc for tmr... Thank Goodness i manage to tabao my work that day... Slowly i excused myself from her and begin to go through my work proposals while checking on her temperature every few hours.. Her fever have subsidies.... And i too fall asleep on the dining table with my work undone....

The next day i was up early to prepare breakfast for her... Her fever is gone by now and her face finally regained some colour... I am careful nt to wake her up as she need more rest..... I texted HR that i will be on mc. With that in place.. i would have no worries and can take care of her. ...

She soon woke up and was quite happy to c me around...

Hazel: U stayed up whole nite just to take care of me...
Me: I promised u that i will nt leave...
Hazel: Thanks...
Me: Wanted to have breakfast?.. I have prepared it for u..
Hazel: Yes... Thank you... U r so sweet...
I slowly help her up...

Hazel: Btw dun u need to work today?..
Me: I have taken mc today...

All of a sudden.. she gave me a tight hug....
