Boosting a woman's sex drive

A lot of the supplements available on the market claim that it can boost the sex drive for both male and female consumers.

Among the products that i have seen are:

1) Horny Goatweed
2) Swissoats A111
3) Tongkat Ali ??( don't think it works on women right?)


Have any of you tried the above products? Which works better?

Hi... I have personally tried SwissOats A111...have been taking it for like 3 months now daily... but seems to have no effect... on me anyway... but since these things are herbal I will continue to take and complete for a longer period to see how it goes.

I think ... the best you can do and what actually works for me is give your girl "attention".. like give her a good massage (works on my wife) and know how she gets turned on...eg., my wife loves been stroked on the thighs.. we do it in the movies or in the back of a taxi... when she has clothes on... but it really just turns her on. I guess it's just good old fashion know-how and attention. Don't reply on some magic pill.

On the dark end of the spectrum .. something I would not do .. is a little bit of alcohol goes a long way... but do not get her drunk!! (it's not nice).

Other things also I noticed is that taking her to a sauna or after exercise... usually works for me... she is more in the "mood".

Experimental aphrodisiac drives she rats 'mad for sex'

A drug that seems to drive female rats mad for sex may offer the first real
scientific aphrodisiac for women, US and Canadian researchers said today.

The drug, Palatin Technologies Inc's PT-141, is being developed for use to
fight impotence in men, but the researchers said tests showed it also
aroused female rats.

"Accordingly, PT-141 may be the first identified pharmacological agent with
the capability to treat female sexual desire disorders," they wrote in
their report, published in the Proceedings of the National Academy of
Sciences.

James Pfaus of Concordia University in Montreal, Canada and colleagues
there and at Palatin tested the drug on female rats and found it affected
their mating behaviour.

The female rats flirted more when injected with the drug and Pfaus and his
colleagues said: "Females treated with the highest dose of PT-141 also
attempted to mount the males." In rats, this is considered a sign of sexual
impatience.

"Although the sexual behaviour of rats is different from that of humans,
the effects of pharmacological manipulations of appetitive and consummatory
sexual behaviours are similar in male rates and men," the researchers
wrote.

The same is probably true of women, they added.

Although the drug was injected into the rats, in human tests for impotence
it takes the form of a nasal spray.

PT-141 is the first of a new class of drugs called melanocortin agonists
being developed to treat sexual dysfunction.

It may be safer than current impotence drugs because it does not affect the
blood vessels.

Current drugs increase blood flow and could be dangerous to people on some
heart medications.

In my encounter...most girls who do aerobics or exercise are hornier and better on bed...so you may want to go for a healthy jog before a healthy bonk

actually i read about that. the theory goes that exercising improves blood circulation and certain exercises will cause more blood to circulate around the 'vip' regions leading to heightened sensitivity.

trouble is, she is quite lazy when it comes to exercising.... she only does a ten minute slow jog once a week.

Hi there... my wife is similar... BUT... every time my wife goes to a sauna or spa... she is really horny... and she openly admited that she thinks it's cos of the sauna increasing her circulation. You could try that option instead... as it is a lazy exercise to just sweat in a sauna... or maybe you guys can go to one of those couples spa... where g/f and b/f can be in the same room getting a massage... etc Good luck!

Well, that certainly sounds really cool! I'm a fan of spas and saunas. Any recommendations? Cos i do not know of any that are willing to serve couples privately together. I emailed so many spas and the answer is always negative.

Yes - there are quite a few spas that have VIP or couple's rooms... but I need to warn you they are not that cheap .. ie., they are NOT the $38 / hr massage etc... they usually sell a package of say 5 massage at around $80 - $90 each... etc....so pls shop around first and do not be afraid to barter a bit etc... they usually will not lower the price but may throw in a free massage or facial etc.


You can try St Gregory's Spa or Renewal Day Spa.. these do have couples rooms... but any 5 star hotel spa place will have this facility.

I am married now.. but several years back before I was married when I was still dating... I took my then g'friend to Renewal Dat Spa... and had the VIP couples room. FYI they usually give you a paper bikini napkin to wear.. and you go to separate change rooms for men / women... and my then g'friend used the free sauna etc before we were called for the massage room. There each of us had a separate masseuse.. and we lie next to each other...on separate massage booths.. anyway.. the massage lady of my g'friend assisted my g'friend to take off her bath room.. as I took mine off as well with my massage lady... my g'friend hesitated... as it was only our 3rd date... and then I realised WHY!!! She did not want to spoil or make a "scene"...but ONLY then she realised that she was topless in front of me... gosh she had beautiful boobs then!! It was the first time I saw them... beautiful mangos - C cups... after that "session"... she was more open to me as she felt that I had already seen her naked... AMAZING!!!
