Usually end up Chinese food lunch, dimsum, a few places I go loh. Lotte hotel crystal jade, san fu lou ( a few outlets ), golden jade at vivo d7 etc.

Hcm can b quite ex or can b quite cheap. All up to individual. . Haha.

Last yr I was invited to eon51 on 2/9. Per head set dinner abt 200+ sing. Piang. But damn good place to view fire work.

Mayb one of these days can join u all to show me ard chiong places. Haha. If I happen to b there. Haha

13/2. Hcm. But only for couple of hrs transit.
15 afternoon - 17/2 noon will b in hcm.

March, confirm will be in hcm for transit n also a night or two.

I bought a condo in D7, Top end of 2019. The unit came in bare finishing so I need good interior design.

Anyone know any good ones to recommend? Have you use them before? Can pm me too.

Previous trip, went to look at infiniti, also d7, not cheap. 2 bedroom 90+ m 2. 4+billion dong.

Sky 89, 3bedroom 110+m2 abt 5b. Eco saigon 3 bedroom 90+m2, 5b. All d7

Quite ex now.

For reno wise, I think u try look for developer/ contractor, mayb their subcon are more our standard.

I ever look for someone to do a custom cabinet. It turn out look like shit n not cheap.

Least look at their track record or portfolios

I am not sure what he bought but my friends bought a few condos with ready cabinets and fittings....only need air-con, furnitures, curtains...rest all ready...

he sold vinhomes central park 2br at good profits...fully reno except air-con, furnitures, curtains...

furnitures require - beds, dining table + chairs, sofa, writing table,etc...

full details in the S&P agreement...make sure he goes back to read it...recently agreements are dual language...definitely no need interior designers...

Hcm airport small leh. Not always got aero bridge. But my fligh on vn bck use bridge. Likely chances use bus on vn air is those big plane one, 350, 787, also domestic. Chances take bus also many. Jet star n viet jet also many use bus one.

It will depends on your flight timings especially if it is early mornings, I have taken both Jetstar & Scoot (previously Lao Hor) to HCM since their inception until now and maybe 95% of the time is always aero bridges and once in a blue blue moon sway sway kena bus only

I only taken Vn Airlines & Vietjet a few times nia nia and almost 100% all kena buses so thats why I stopped taking them unless no choice

Anyway I know at least 2 goot SBF kaki here that bought land there and built their own villa or bungalow from scratch so they know some builders & ID companies there but do not know if they will reply u or not......cos I know they still read this thread so not nice for me to arrow them out......as for me I am ignorant cos never buy any kind properties before in Wetnam (cos cannot afford also so dun even need to think about it ) so cant help here.....

I think they hv two types. Those I just look at d7. All fully done up. Like wht u say.

But some are not. Infiniti they hv duplex for sale at bare unit.

Also. I think they hv foreign quota for development proj. the chances of foreigners able to buy bare units also less. Unless u buy under vietnamese name. Prices might b abt s$50k less for a bigger 2 bedroom.

Vin home central park. Tht day I also ask. Re sale from owner 4+bill , 2bedroom. Quite nice

Actually not too bad lah. I like hcm airport. Small, Easy n smooth flow. If u hv apec or sky priority even easier. Easy easy out in less thn 10mins

locals can buy anything...and surely locals knew where to get reno contractors by just words of mouth...

In hcm no point to buy foreigners build condos with inflated prices...just buy local developers build condos...

foreigner can sell to locals and then can sell back to foreigner but only balance lease...ie, foreigner own 2 yrs and locals own 5 yrs so balance 43 ys lease...

i was looking at eco green, on the west of those blocks, will hv some good view towards downtown D1. but kana evening sunset. will be hot.

that day i ask agent leh, like what u say, after 50 yrs, can renew, but by thn i long gone leow. hahaha...but according to her, if foreigner sell or trf to local, it become freehold title. but local cannot sell back to foreigner. Can you confirm this ? vietnamese property market abit confusing.
