Each time after I masturbate both my legs will feel some cramp inside. This is the first time I heard ppl get headache after too much masturbation.
For me personally I only get headache if I don't sleep enough or oversleeping. Masturbation too much is rather dangerous too as it take so much sexual energy from our mind and bodies. My advice is please control your masturbation or limit them. I understand there are some people who need to masturbate to release stress or feel horny almost everyday just like myself. If you find it hard try to shift your attention to other activities like doing exercise such as jogging or going to gym. This is what I'm doing now to avoid too much masturbation. This is just from my personal experience and hope it helps.

do you have other medical condition.

It just makes my dick unsensitive when having sex.
No headache though. Trying to cutdown on masturbating, i masturbate at least twice-thrice per day, morning bathe, reach home bathe and before sleep. No masturbate = can't sleep. Still no headache for me.
