One retired ang pai ML texted me some weeks before the CB. In essence, she hoped that things will go well for SG and wished me well. Considering most MLs are strictly transactional, I'm glad that there are still a handful who show concerns.

Excercising is good, but do be careful that you don't over exert as well.

usually on weekly will do 20-30 mins HIIT per session, 4-5km run plus weight training.

I climb stairs recently too. I stayed on 7 floor, so quite a decent exercise. Before that, only climb stairs after exit from ML's place. But I noted that people placed plants, unwanted furniture in the staircase. Very dangerous if caught fire. After all, staircase is meant for escape.

Staircases are good for exercise. Run up then take the lift down. Avoids pressure to the knees.

I go at my own pace..... I dun race anyone.
It's not difficult if you do it everyday..... but I only can do 25 storeys x 2 times at the moment. I hope to be able to match Dirk Kuyt's achievement by the end of the CB...
