Under International law, countries cannot revoke citizenship if it leaves the person stateless. Since Singapore don't allow dual citizenship, all converted citizens had to renounce their previous citizenship. Therefore, Singaporeans aren't dual citizens (except for some under 18s), and the govt can't revoke their citizenship
