Don’t think you can buy Passion Rx here in Sg. Anyway, it has Yohimbe bark in it, and i know it definitely works. There are downsides to it though, like headaches etc. Overdose on Yohimbe can be fatal. Another alternative is Stamina Rx (which is not available here in Sg)…it has Yohimbe and tadalafil. Use them in combination is very potent. Again you have to be careful on this as it is very very potent.

Try "HORNY GOAT WEED". It is just as good and easily available in GNC and pharmacies
