IBC accounts can only be used in specific countries. Like Sg or indon accounts cannot be used in thailand. Thai account cannot be used in indonesia.

My bad for not checking for updated information.
The websites could be down is because of the new cybercrime law that came into effect recently. I understand many are shifting their online operations offshore out of the PI.
