In the first place, they should not have been allowed to buy HDB immediately after getting PR. Oversight on Marlboro's part.

Any kind bros can help me out on this?

My girlfriend from prc is actually holding a work permit as a singer in ktv (6 months type) however she was caught for providing home massage services and as such her passport is detained by MOM for investigation for close to 2 months now, may I noe for such cases, would she be blacklisted? As we have plans to settle down in future, would it still be possible for her to apply for ltvp+ ? Somehow, I feel that if her passport was blacklisted, they would have done so and deported her within 48hrs of the incident? Can any kind souls pls advice if she would be blacklisted and if my understanding is correct?

By default Yes ... BUT you can choose NO to it ....

When my friend's baby was Borned sometimes back, he told the registration officer that he don't want his child to be a SC ... The officer said ai yeah, why don't want, register SC first, claim the baby bonus, next time then decide Loh ...

but child of PR father, mother LTVP, child born in SG or not, has now zero benefit right ??

I know that .. I was asking in terms of 'place of birth' being Singapore

As I did advice a Filipino PR friend to deliver in Philippines .. as delivery here / place of birth as Singapore - has no benefit .. from what I know

things u must know
1. You sure you want to go through all the trouble?
2. How do you know she didn't provide more when in PRC? she learn massage from somewhere right?
3. you sure you want to settle down with her? will she sideline behind your back?
4. the doubts will always be there, and the relationship will always be uneasy

My advice is...think clearly before going any further
