I'm gonna try Matsushima Shinchi next week when I get to Japan. I heard the service is better and cheaper (abit) than Tobita. Will try the hotel/delivery health when in Tokyo.

Just got back from Japan. First time visit and decided to check out Kabukicho at night. Ended up at Don Juan soapland. Gaijin tax was severe (+20k yen) and minimum 2hr service. Was in Japan last week, went to a Yoshiwara shop called Moulin Rogue.
2 hours slot pricing is JPY65K for Japanese, JPY75K for foreigners.
Pretty decent service, including pickup and drop off to nearby stations.
I was able to make reservation, don't have to walk in.

1. For foreigners who don't speak Japanese, there's AM & THC. Note that THC doesn't advertise FS. There are also independent escorts. Just search more online.

I tried THC on the year they opened with one of their top providers at the time. I didn't really enjoy it that much. It's still the worst sumata I've had. Dunno how the service is now.

As with other shops in Japan, expect to add 3+ years on the posted ages. One provider on their site has only aged 2 years (listed on their site) in the past 7 years.

If you speak Japanese and you're willing to take the risk, then go look on Twitter. I think some (maybe a few) are fine even if you don't speak Japanese.

2. If you're gonna be near or going to Asakusa, then just go to Yoshiwara. Check the Yoshiwara Soapland Thread on TAG to check which ones are foreigner friendly. You can also use it to check which ones are within your price range.

You can try 三つ乱本館 in kyoto. Google maps can find. But you need to speak some japanese for higher chance to entry. Can kiss 3 girls then choose one for bj.

There are quite a handful in Ikebukuro,
あふたーすくーる and CHANGE THE WEST are two examples.

I tried to go for 2 of them (Kurenai and Chocolate Kiss), they don't reject foreigners if they can speak Japanese to a certain degree. I failed the test lol ... I almost got into Chocolate Kiss though, until the test became too difficult.

Due to lack of time to do what I really need to do, I may not be able to try your suggestions. But I'm quite satisfied with my try at THC and especially Sinkaigyo. It's slightly more expensive than Matsushima Shinji in Osaka, but way way way better. Girl is pretty and she went all out, with every thing even though I'm her last customer for the day.
