I think it is very difficult for GL to resume operation. Because if OKT dun dare to ask AV, obviously AV will not check with the authority. GL is a taboo & unofficial business in the eyes of the government, hence the authority will never bring this up and instruct the AV to allow GL to resume. This became a situation of “you waiting for me, and I waiting for u”. It may die a slow motion death ultimately. I definitely hope I am wrong though. 😢😩
