Upper Serangoon Road
Went for dinner @ a coffee shop look like beer garden next to The Old Hougang Nine Emperor Temple somewhere opposite Upper Serangoon Shopping Centre saw 2 cute PRC with a tall guy. Look like the guy is taking care of them there. Hv any bro's tried them b4? Saw the guy giving signal so i think should be lah. Just FYI, can go hv a look.

Well i was there ocassionally a couple of times but i have never spotted them.
