Go look around other sbf threads and see if there are offers like you mentioned 8k - 20k. Don't act smart and anyhow set market rates here. This is an open market where ppl can quote a reasonable offer and there are willing parties out there who are already keen on the offer. By the way pls read carefully as I mentioned $2.5k OR MORE in my posting.
