Are you talking about all the time or occasional darkening and enlarging? This is kinda sec 3 or 4 biology knowledge leh....anyway...

When women are sexually aroused, their labia get engorged with blood so will enlarge and become darker in colour...become more sensitive too.

As for the all-the-time colour and size differences between different women...that's the same as the different shapes and sizes of penis that men have.
